Elfin Kidz is based in Perth, Australia and we ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your delivery location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are sent using a pre-paid, traceable delivery service where available.
🇦🇺 Australian Shipping
Standard shipping: $10 AUD Australia-wide.
Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your eligible order reaches $75 AUD.
📦 Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods, sales, promotions and new collection launches, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery times are indicative from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available so you can follow your parcel.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside of our control.
🌎 International Shipping
We ship internationally.
International shipping costs and available delivery services are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the Elfin Kidz purchase price or shipping charge.
🛍️ Store Pickup
Store pickup is available at participating Elfin Kidz locations shown at checkout.
Orders are generally ready for collection within 24 hours.
We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation with you.
